I am working on several projects this spring and I need kids ages 2-8, boys and girls for certain photo shoots I have coming up.

Casting Call

This is not a contest and there are several options for submitting your child. Simply decide on one or more of the following Groups. Then send me an e-mail with the group you are interested in as the subject line. (You may submit for more than one group.) E-mail submissions to contact@daydreamersphotography.com . I will be taking submissions until Sunday, April 3rd.
**Please do not scan professional pictures or submit any image taken by a professional without the photographers written consent. (I am a big fan of copyright. :) )

Because of time constraints and the projects I am working on, I need kids who are not shy and able and willing to follow direction. If chosen you will receive a complimentary session for your child and a 16×20 print of my favorite image from your child’s session. Any children chosen will need a signed model release from their parent or guardian.

GROUPS

#1 – Cute kids
Cute Kid
Have a cute kid? Great! That’s all you need! When I have certain age/gender/cuteness needs, you may be contacted to have your child participate in a current or near future photo shoot I am working on.

#2 – When I Grow Up
Farmer
What does your child want to be when they grow up? Race car driver, Olympic athlete, School teacher, Astronaut? The sky is really the limit. Submit a picture of your child as who they would like to be when they grow up, or what they would like to do. Any costumes or props your child has to emphasize what they want to be will help. The more authentic the better.

#3 – Daydreaming Kids
Dancer
Is your child a dreamer? Do they love to pretend? Are they a space man, superhero, princess or fairy? Whatever they like to be I want to see it. Send a picture of your child being who they dream they are. Again, any costumes or props your child has to emphasize what they want to be will help. The more authentic the better.

Young Jedi

February 1, 2010

Thanks to a friend lending me her home made costumes for her sons, I was able to take out my own little Jedi’s for a session.

Little “J” was really into it.

More to come…

These are the kinds of moments I love to capture. Childhood is such a magical time and moments like this take me back to my own childhood.

My Apologies

October 20, 2009

I am so sorry to those who keep checking back for updates and a completed website. It’s been crazy busy with preschools, the last of my family sessions and other projects. I don’t want you to think that I have forgotten this end, and I promise to complete it soon!!!

School Portraits

September 10, 2009

Now scheduling fall school portraits. This year the theme I am offering is “Lil’ Guys & Lil’ Dolls”. These are fun, non-traditional school portraits for you to treasure. Available at your child’s preschool or private school. Or schedule a back to school portrait party in your home for you, your family, your friends and your neighbors. Arrangements can also be made for home-school coops. E-mail me for more information.

**If you refer me to your child’s school or coop and a portrait day is scheduled as a result, you will receive your child’s prints free!

Welcome to my new blogsite.

September 10, 2009

I am so excited for the changes I have made and am still in the process of making for my business.  This blogsite is only temporary until my full website is finished and ready to launch.

Daydreamers Photography is designed to reflect my style and love for the subject I love to capture the most, and that is children.  Their life, light, dreams, imagination, spirits and joy.

In addition to only focusing on Childrens Dreamer sessions, I will be jumping into a few projects for charity.   My goal is to raise money and awareness for some great causes and organizations that help children and their families.

Please be patient as I continue to update and complete this blogsite. It is still under construction.
